Back to the Rockers
(Just posted this at Fiction with Friction, but reposted here too since it’s relevant)
So the steampunk/fantasy story has been turned in. Not sure when it’s going to be released but it’s in Loose Id’s hands now and off my back. It’s called Sursein Judgment and I’ll keep you posted.
Meantime, I’m going back to the rockers. No, not the Indigo Knights. Not yet. This one’s still Heaven Sent. Gretchen Hobbes, their manager, is getting a story. Yes, I know, girls in yaoi? How could I? Well, I’m hoping my dear readers can forgive me this one. I thought Gretchen really needed a story. And, if it’s any consolation, she gets two men. That help? In preparation for this story, I’ve been re-reading the HS books for the last week and making sure I’ve got my facts straight on them. I should be ready to get started this weekend. It’s called Heaven Sent: Revelations. I guess it’s technically book 6 but it feels like kind of an off-shoot. But, with this addition, maybe Genesis can go into print.

Projects update
I added two pages to the site as an update for some future books that a few people have asked for.
I created a page for the Indigo Knights.
I created a page for Leashed 4.
No contracts for either of these yet but I’m committed to doing them at least in my own mind.
About Something – Finis
I just turned in About Something to my editor at MLR Press. It put me farther behind on Judgment, but I’m pretty sure I was going to be behind on that one anyway. It’s going to be longer than I’d anticipated. Shasertai and Rynnis have a much richer world than I’d known!
