Hey all,
For those who’ll be there be sure to find me and say hi!
It’s in San Diego this year, October 15-18
I’ll be at BentCon today, tomorrow and Sunday, doing some panels and hanging out in the exhibitor room. Hope to see some of you there.
Check out The Blogger Girls this week for some reviews of my work and a blog post from me.
There’s also a Loose Id gift certificate giveaway.
If you’re in the Burbank area November 7-9, check out Bent Con. I’ll be there doing some panels and in the seller’s room at some point. And, as you can see, there’ll be some pretty awesome authors with me. Belinda McBride, Cherie Noel, Ginn Hale, James Buchanan, Jordan Hawk, LE Franks, Lou Harper, Lou Sylvre, Marshall Thornton, Morticia Knight, Piper Vaughn, Poppy Dennison, Rhys Ford, Verona Keyes and ZA Maxfield.
As for my panels, on Friday the 7th I’ll be doing one at 1:00 “Going from Reader to Writer” and another at 5:00 “Writing Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Supernatural”. Then on Saturday, at 2:00 “Writing POVs” and at 3:00 “Avoiding Burnout (Writing as a Career)”.
Due to leave tomorrow morning to attend the GRL Retreat in Chicago. Looking forward to it.
For those of you who’ll be there and want to talk to me, do so! I know there have been people in the past who’ve been hesitant about talking to me. I’m usually pretty friendly at these things and I’m happy to sign stuff.
I’ll have some Heaven Sent flyers with me to sign and I’ll try and keep some bookmarks on hand too. And I bought a whole box of purple Sharpies so I should have a pen.
Oh, and if you don’t know what I look like, my hair is grape purple this year and I wear glasses. I don’t think there’ll be anyone else — or not many — who match the description.

I gave a quote about digital publishing to the Blush blog. Some good basic information about a bunch of digital pubs there. Note: the link below is one of many posts about different pubs. You should take a look at the blog as a whole if you like the topic.

I guess since I mentioned Romance Divas not going to the conference, I should mention that I AM going to the RWA conference in Washington DC from the 15th to the 18th.
I wasn’t goint to go initially but then decided I wanted to be there for the Rainbow Romance Writers‘ first official conference. Plus a lot of my buddies are going to be there and it looks like it’ll be the only event that I attend this year.
July 15 through 18th, Romance Divas is having a Not Going to the Conference Conference at their site’s forums. I’ll be there along with a few other authors, but I’ll be there less. Initially, it was supposed to be authors who aren’t going to the RWA conference. Well, I decided to go at kind of the last minute. So I’ll be checking in from the conference.
I should have a link for the actual posts in the forums closer to the actual time.
