Bye, Bye Skyler marks my very first story that is pure heterosexual contemporary. This is the kind of story that I thought I’d end up writing years and years ago. It’s the tinest bit autobiographical, but only based on occurrences that I thought should have happened in high school, not what really did.
I’m also tickled to note that Jason Skyler is also my only purely heterosexual hero to date.
BLURB:
Ann has safely put Skyler and her juvenile feelings for him behind her. She’s an adult now, a teacher at her old high school, in fact. She’s got a good life and she’s enjoying directing the high school play.
Then Skyler shows up. Her high school crush. The man she’s never gotten out of her system, no matter how much she’s tried to convince herself.
When he actually shows a renewed interest in her will she take advantage of the opportunity and experience what she missed in high school?
Cover art by me.
I really want to read this – any info on if you be able to make it available again? Or any way I can buy a copy off of you directly? 😀
I’m not sure, to be honest. I would like to see if another house would like to pick it up but I want to take a look at it first and maybe edit it and lengthen it.
Thanks for asking! Stay tuned
Thanks, Joyce!
I read it recently, enjoyed this story. Liked your character development, and the ending was very satisfying, the romance was enjoyable and your hero did come through in the end. I really enjoyed the book. JV
